When doing my stamina training on a bouldering wall, I have now moved up a grade. (This also includes an overhang.) I complete the route 30 times in 30 minutes.
I can now stay on the 'campus board' a little longer.
Getting a lot of blisters, but they seem to heal quite quickly.
My Guide Dog, Annie, seems more settled at the bouldering centre now. She even has a sleep while I train.
